Another great weekend was enjoyed by all who attended this year's Ottawa Race Weekend. As most of you are aware by now Jo anne, Lynne and Melanie all had PB's. With a lot of support and encouragement from Larry (the rock) and Richard (the retriever) Joanne finally broke 2 hours for the half marathon in a time of 1:58.49. Lynne qualified again for Boston with a time of 4:10:57. Melanie walked her first half marathon in a respectable time of 3:21:03.
Geri, Orlton, Angela and Bill you were very much missed and talked about! Hope to see you in Ottawa next year!
