Congratulations!!

Congratulations to all of our running friends who took part in the Mississauga Marathon and Half Marathon today!

What a fabulous day for a run....blue sky, sunshine and with virtually no wind, who could ask for better conditions.

Congratulations to everyone who had a great race and achieved the outcomes that you wanted. You should be very proud of what you accomplished! Congratulations to those of you who didn't do quite as well as you hoped. You gave it your best and ran a good race, today just wasn't your day. Yes it's disappointing to train for as long as you have and not to accomplish the goals that you set out for yourself but there will be a next time.

A very special Congratulations to Orlton (affectionately known as O) who (along with a few others) ran his very first marathon today in a chip time of 5:05. O it was a pleasure having an opportunity to run those few kilometers with you. On behalf of myself, the crew car and all of your pacers, thank you for allowing us to share this day with you, we had a great time!
