Nicole and Natalie of Cardio Core Boot Camp are holding a fund raising one hour boot camp this coming Saturday (May 5th) from 9:30 to 10:30 at Adams Park (401 and Port Union). I was wondering if any piggies wanted to come out and give it a try! The cost is $10.00 per person and all proceeds are being donated to their Weekend to End Breast Cancer team "The Booty Boobie Babes". I thought may be we could go for a run or walk first (road or trails) and then head over for a little core training and of course support the girls. If interested let me know.....
