While the rest of us were running the streets of West Hill and North Pickering this morning (or sitting in a Boston hotel room glued to the weather channel) both Mike and Claire were in Aurora, participating in the 6th Annual Hartwell Runner's Challenge.
In the walking division Claire achieved another great result placing 2/28 overall and 2/23 women with a chip time of 2:41:14 (that's a pace time of 7:39/km, which is about how fast Larry, Karen and I ran this morning)
Mike was the only member of 100% Cdn Bacon who ran this half and he too had a great race placing 9/25 for his age and 87/195 males and 103/305 overall with a chip time of 1:48:24
